Delete your Duit Tracker account
Made by the Duit Tracker Dev Team
Delete it in the app
- Open Duit Tracker and go to Profile.
- On your account card at the top, tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Google may ask you to sign in again first.
The account is deleted straight away.
Or ask us to delete it
If you no longer have the app, email hello@duittracker.my from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Duit Tracker account". We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account (name, email, Google account ID).
- Your AI usage record.
- Your encrypted Google Drive backups made by Duit Tracker, and their key.
- Your subscription record at RevenueCat. (An active Google Play subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account: cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.)
What is kept
- Support messages you sent are kept for our records, with your name and email removed.
- Google Play keeps purchase records as required for tax and billing.
- Crash reports don't identify you and expire after 90 days.
Data on your phone
Your transactions are stored only on your phone, so deleting the account doesn't remove them. To remove them, uninstall Duit Tracker or clear its storage in Android Settings → Apps → Duit Tracker → Storage. Android's own backup of the app can be removed in your Google account's backup settings.
